To ensure the safety and comfort of all patients, Oak Haus Facial Aesthetics kindly requests that children under the age of 12 not accompany patients to appointments unless absolutely necessary.

Our treatment environment requires focused attention from our providers, and we want every patient to have a relaxed, uninterrupted experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you need to bring a child to your appointment, please inform our team in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Patients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Deposits: Any deposits paid to reserve an appointment are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled visit if adequate notice is provided.

Refunds on Treatments: Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, all services rendered are non-refundable. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about your results during a follow-up visit.

Retail Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
